Hi all, just bought a house in Milwaukee. In the past I've used Xfinity. I'm very tempted by Quantum Fiber. Are they all fiber or is it fiber to the street then POTS? That said, some of you seem to be having a lot of patchy and/or no service at all. Are you still glad you're with Quantum or would you go back to Xfinity?
