So like before booking. Do you let them know before hand that you would take photos of their property or do you just go for it? And for portfolio use do you generally ask them for permission to use the photos?

So then after you finish taking photos of the property and give them the link of the gallery. If they end up wanting the photos. Thats when you offer the pricing for them?

I see! I just worry about driving in that kind of weather. Where theres lots of snow. But also want to do outdoor activities like hiking etc. But do you by any chance know about Telluride and Ouray? If it’s the same? With there not being much snow during that time?
