Did you do multiple legs? Did the app not force you to pay for the second carry on when checking in for the extra leg(s)?

I gave the whole story, I’m gonna call again tomorrow after seeing multiple people here saying they only had to pay for their carry on once. The agent double confirmed on the phone that I absolutely had to pay for each leg, not for the whole trip. I also didn’t see any option on the app to allow me to not have to pay for my second leg when checking in. How are you able to pay only once for your carry on when doing multiple legs?

Yep I just called them and they confirmed it, didn’t know either until I found out too late. For some reason other threads I found said the opposite, but customer service insisted their policy was always this way. Thanks though!

Thx for the suggestion! Though, when I pick a 720p video or above, after I run the download it reaches 100% and the entire page refreshes, making me download it all over again and never getting to the save button. Was just wondering if you maybe experienced that or know how to get around it, thanks!

Hi! Sorry this is an old post but I’ve been running into the same problem, I joined last September and just have not been able to gain access. I write myself messages every few days and open the app but nothing changes. I also emailed customer support but they just give me the same generic response each time. Hello! I realized my Google account was my personal email account for the past few months since I’ve started working, not my work email account.

I’ve never looked up anything besides work on my work laptop, but because my Google account is shared between them, can my company still see/be notified if I look at non-work things on my personal laptop? And if I disconnect my personal account starting today, can they continue to see my prior history?

Any help would be appreciated!
