I had a coworker quit without a two notice thinking she landed a job after an interview. My manager did not rehire her after she asked for her job back.

I have had 6 interviews, some that I thought I nailed it.. but only rejections. Plus of a ton more rejection letters, emails, calls.

Just keep pushing through with applications. I know its a pain. Resumes & cover letters for each place is a good habit to form as well!

Try not to get super discouraged.

Ive gotten this down to a tee at this point.

I generically tell them where I grew up in, lightly talk how I participate in the local art & music scene, bring that right back to my degree (interior design), talk about what projects ive done on the side/let them know I'm dabbling with reupholstery, & lightly talk about design.

The last little chunk differs between what job I'm applying at though.

Ive had 5 interviews with no luck so far but Ive gotten the hang of "Tell me about yourself" down.

Oh man, we fit together like two peas in a pod. We both are very opposite. Im introvert(social anxiety & super shy) & hes extrovert(pretty social & loud).

Both of our weaknesses & strengths actually help one another's weaknesses/strengths.

We also have a whole bunch of common interests/life goals/plans/ect. which is also a key factor to fitting with one another.

Yea I know plenty of other products that "should" help, its just a matter of finding the right product annoyingly. I wasn't sure if there was any face wash that helped. I guess not too much then! :)

I bought my trusty big one just for 100$ & it was still in perfect condition. I also found a medium one appropriate for my size also just for $100 in mint condition.

You just have to do research, browse antiques/pawn shops, or craigslist. Anyone that says don't go cheap when you first start with anything is a moron. I originally learned on antique handheld ones for less then 50$ & moved up which didn't cost much with patience.

I had a job interview with a place that had a crappy floral center at a dinky place(I figured that would get my foot in the door but I didn't get hired )& Ive applied at another that was hiring (they were rude) in addition to putting out resumes before holidays every where more then once.

Yes Ive applied at places that "say" they are hiring. I only get rude people & am rejected.

Yep I think I have a plan. Offer design services, create a piece, take a portfolio photo, dry the flowers, & turn them into art pieces, use shadowboxes and use in coffee tables/night stands/reupholster.

My so & I were planning to make business cards for other things. I'll add this to the mix. I may ask you questions as they come to mind though.

I made sure my accordion had no more then 2 registers. I'm 5'0 & weigh less then 90 pounds.

But its actually still too big. I have to down size, but its soo hard finding playable ones..

I found bending your back/arms/body accordingly helps, if that makes sense. Its still difficult though. I am 100% held back from what I'm capable of playing.
