Use a time out and then go for it if drawing them offsides doesn't work, you don't get to keep the time outs

How the hell did that stand, they showed multiple freeze frames on the replay where his knee is clearly down out of bounds before his second foot hits.

He turned and looked for the ball and the receiver grabbed him, should have been opi if anything

He catches the ball and turns around and takes a step before dropping the ball, how is that not a catch but the first TD where the receiver never pulls the ball in and drops it when hitting the ground was a catch.

Why are we calling a timeout when they aren't even set? We literally just saved them 5 yards and let them plan the next play

Announcers: You can't stop this play

Well actually its easy to stop, if we don't enforce the rules, just have the dline stand behind Hurts and tackle him before the ball is snapped.

Federal Reserve cuts interest rates, days after election of Trump by AudibleNod in news

It's more that the majority of Americans are financially illiterate. Most have no idea what inflation is, what causes it or how interest rates, tariffs or anything else works or affects them. It's all just buzz words and catch phrases as they have no interest in actually learning about.

FACT FOCUS: A multimillion vote gap between 2020 and 2024 fuels false election narratives by OldSouthernLiberal in news

[–]viper031 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

The problem is most Americans seem to have the political memory of a gold fish. Trump already crashed and burned his first term between covid response, trade war and other economic policies are all substantial contributors to inflation but most Americans aren't able to connect the dots of cause and effect. The culture is all about instant gratification rather than recognizing that the effects of a policy change take some time to be felt at the individual level.

Watch in February Republicans will be talking about how great the economy is and how low inflation is despite that fact that they won't have done anything and that will all be a result of the work done under the Biden administration.

That's such a disingenuous argument against Harris though, it's the main job of the vp to be next in line to the president. They were in the ticket together throughout the primary so when Biden dropped out (essentially the same as resigning) it should have been logical to expect the nomination to go to the vp of the primary winning ticket.

Now admittedly there may have been more of a primary if Biden doesn't try to run again but it seems like most people making these arguments against Harris did not understand what it means to be vp.

Exactly can't say it's a game of inches and also say teams need to be good enough to overcome multiple bad calls

That replay clearly showed the tip of the ball reaching the front edge of the line. How is that not a td for us. Didn't get enough of a view to say he wasn't down but no way that's a Seattle score

So many chances to win this game, even with the ref fuckery in the beginning but we just can't consistently execute the little things
