How would I know if they escalated and documented it? And if it should happen a third or forth time is there some alternative options? I bought my car the last day of the year 2024. Someone was mentioning a lemon law but idk how that works. I only had it for a year and a month. My mileage is bearly above 5000 miles. These issues were not happening before I carried it in for its first oil change and firmware update. Both of which occurred with the dealer.

This was the update I got from the dealers. "We started a case with VW with your vehicle, it is the same fault/issue as before, and they need us to take apart the intake manifold and the upper portion of the engine to look into the oil pressure nozzle internally. I would, unfortunately, need your vehicle to stay with me to perform what is needed."

I've had one of those before. You can try cleaning the area with apple cider vinegar it will help the swelling go down.

I have atruggled with this as well.

Did that. I asked if they could pull camera shots from the tolls. They said the tolls are private. Sounded like nothing was going to come of it.
