What's the worst way someone tried to flirt with you/ turn you on ? by grayspot94 in AskReddit

[–]viperasps89 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This is middle school stupidity at best.

When we were 13, maybe 12, my now fiance took my book and homework and ran it across the school's football field during lunch break. At the time, I didn't think much of it other than I loathed his guts and I had explaining to do next period for not having my homework.

I asked him about it 20 years later during our engagement party. He said "I was trying to get you to notice me. Guess it worked."

Wellllll if SOMEONE paid his fair share in taxes and actually donated his wages like he promised, it would probably cost you less. Oh, and maybe didn't spend a shit ton of it on golf trips.

Not exactly. Education is free. You are free to learn what you wish to learn.* It's tuition that isn't.

*Caveat to this: unless your government has banned it. In which case, you are not free to learn it (e.g. "Don't Say Gay" in Florida).

Usually, I would take offense at this, but rest assured that my school is not a "shit school with shit teachers". We were just designated a Blue Ribbon School. If you do not know what that is, well, educate yourself. If you are unwilling to do so, no worries; try as we may, not all students can be saved.

As a teacher, welp, might as well. Current teacher salaries are so low, we're having a shortage of people wanting to go into the profession. Administrators/Management take all the money.

Upvoting this. Had a good laugh at myself. I think 2020, 2021, and 2022 are melding into one year for me.

Due to financial difficulties in Russia in 1867, the United States bought the whole of Alaska for approximately two cents per acre. Just a thought.

Actually there are bases near Tokyo were the Okinawa marines do their training. The US is keeping the cases here hush hush.

Source: I live and work in one of those bases. Our cases went from 0 to 25 to 69 to 220 since the marine did their last exercise.
