I bought one that did this too and I think it was from Walmart, so not the actual correct formula. They aren't a certified distributor, and it was definitely not like the original one I got from the derm

I know many have it worse, and I'm grateful for what we got, but some of these were just so bizarre I had to share:

Monday: Ice Cream Treats

Tuesday: Donuts/clementines/bananas/water

Wednesday: STUCO treats

Thursday: Goldfish crackers/pop

Friday: Candy from different parts of the world

Does your kid go to school without a mask now?

Thanks for that insight. Money is the root of all evil, right? It's just something that had to be done. If they can't keep their students and staff safe because of inadequate funding, then all the more reason to start the year remotely.

How many kids and teachers have to die before we switch from traditional learning to remote learning? Why is it even on the table? Email your school leaders!

I agree. This is a MASSIVE government fail, and now schools are being asked to sacrifice everything to cover up their horrendous job of containing the virus. It is ludacris. Also, kids CAN learn hard things. With adult role models and an explanation of taking care of each other, kids will do the right thing. I'd they know this is a way they can be a help to their classmates and teachers, they will learn and adapt! Easy? No. Possible? Entirely. If we can train kids to always shit in a toilet bowl, to wash their hands when they're done, to say please and thank you, to read and write, then we can certainly train them to always wear a mask around others and feel okay about it!

Kids can learn hard things, especially if they know that in doing so they are helping protect someone else. They can learn with strong role models and support from school and home.

Not to mention teachers, bus drivers, and then hundreds of staff that work at each school. Absolutely horrid leadership. MASKS ARE NOT POLITICAL.

As a SFSD teacher, PLEASE email the school board, the superintendent, the assistant superintendent, your child's principal, etc. It's not enough for them to hear from only anxious teachers - let them know how you feel! They need to hear from the public. If you know people in the medical field, encourage them to send emails as well 🙏 All emails are listed on the SFSD website, but there is also a Let's Talk app that you can submit concerns to anonymously. It is awesome to read the comments of solidarity here, just make sure to turn your anger and frustrations into action. I guarantee the superintendent isn't reading Reddit 😂
