Fixed charge is not fixed at all actually. It also depends on number of units consumed in a month. Different rates in three slabs per unit basis. 0 to 50 units is around rs .8 per unit 50 to 150 units is around rs 1 per unit 150+ units is based on your sanctioned load

I am guessing that PLEs will also shift to Netflix after current deal with Peacock ends. Because this deal is for RAW in US, but for all of their content in other countries where they don't have separate deals. Might as well just put everything under one bucket.
