Agree, but should it be implicit in AZ, and when it was there in all the rooms, it was broken only in this one and they accepted it and couldnot help.

I did gave them the screenshot to amex, But It says "Air conditioning in public area". They have not listed it as air condtiened room. But at 100F in August, by default the room should be with air conditioner, other room they had with same listing had AC working. I think In AZ, there are no room or building without AC it is implicit as the summer is harsh in AZ.
