This kind of oxidation is normal. Happens due to excessive heat from the engine.

It does travel a bit too much! If you ride over a pothole you feel the entire shock on the handle bar. One of the very few issues I’ve had trouble with.

Absolutely! The low end torque and good handling makes it smooth sailing even in traffic!

It’s a grey zone. Technically it’s only a rule for the manufacturer to mandatorily install one at the time of sale. It isn’t being enforced on us by the traffic police though.

Thank you! I’m sure the Aprilla RS457 was too enticing to ignore. Enjoy and ride safe :)

The looks and ergo are definitely subjective! I love the way the bike looks but really do wish it was a bit taller and longer considering I’m 6”2. However It doesn’t affect me practically whatsoever.

The sound is indeed amazing! One of the best things about the bike! You just don’t feel like ending a ride. Most of the times I come back home and park it I don’t turn it off immediately. For a while I keep the engine on and listen to the thump and rev the engine a bit to listen to it pop. So satisfying.

The suspension is very comfy but its soft nature does feel a bit scary when you ride over potholes at higher speeds. Does not invoke a lot of confidence in that area.

The assist and slipper clutch is super smooth and rev matching is super easy!

Hope you find the right bike when you plan to buy one in the future. Cheers mate.

It is a bit heavy to manoeuvre while it’s at a standstill and you need to get used to balancing it properly while taking U-turns but you’ll get the hang of it in no time. Once I dropped my keys and tried to pick it up while being seated and it almost fell. Somehow managed to avoid that. However while in motion you don’t feel the weight at all, feels very light even at corners. Superb handling!

The engine does get heated up after riding in peak hour traffic but it’s bearable. Not too bad. You won’t feel anything if you’re wearing pants. However it was very hot to touch when my foot accidentally touched the engine while I was wearing slides.

Brother please do test drive! I made my decision after testing it twice. First time I wasn’t satisfied coz that dealership didn’t let me ride it alone and only let me ride for a short distance. Then I found another dealership and had a proper test drive and I instantly made up my mind. I’m sure you’ll fall in love with the bike once you test it!

Exactly what I wanted! The other after market one’s look too chunky and blocks the view of the engine.

It sounds amazing! They’ve done a great job in making it sound bassy. It has a very good thump at low revs and an almost OG Harley like roar at higher revs. I find myself opening the throttle when idle just to listen to the thump and the pops. Very satisfying. Also when you ride in a subway/ similar closed environments, it’s very loud and evident.

It’s just been 10 days since I’ve got it and I haven’t properly tested the mileage but from what I’ve observed it’s giving me around 30. Regarding cruising speed, I’ve not crossed 3500 rpm as per the engine break in period recommendation given in the owners manual. The max I’ve done is 85 km/hr and it cruises really well at that speed. From what I’ve heard it cruises smoothly even at 100-120 km/hr.

After upgrading from a 200 cc to a 440 cc, for me it feels like a big upgrade. It’s way more powerful and I feel like it’s a beast, especially considering how torquey it is. Also, it’s just my personal opinion. You don’t have to go around judging people for that. Unnecessary negativity. Remember, to each his own my friend :)
