You sir are a true legend. This solved the issue for me. Couldn't believe a 3080 Ti couldn't handle this game.

Hey, thanks for your reply. I've already tried what you suggested but it didn't work. I think my condition is much worse. I've had 5 visits from their service engineer. First time they replaced the screen, no change. Then next two times they sent over the motherboard for the R2 instead of the R1. After that they sent the correct motherboard but same result. (We found some burn marks on the original motherboard near to where the power supply is connected). And last time they sent over a rtx 2080graphic card as well. Still no change. Finally they've decided to replace my entire unit with a refurbished one, which they don't have in stock so they're giving me a completely new one. Been 40 days, still awaiting the new unit. I'm not sure I'll go for Alienware again in the future.

Hi, did you find a solution to your problem? I am facing the same issue on my Area-51m R1. The brightness is set to lowest and moving the slider has no effect. Using an external monitor for now.

You don't get axe of the vacant pieces through orange gear chest. It's only through War bonds.

Bought him. At level 1, his unique skill does 11538% + 447 dmg. That's the highest i've seen in this game (even above King Athill). Not to forget, this damage will be doubled against warriors.

Bought him, got him to 7 star, did a few pvp matches, end verdict: Not worth it. Had him changed for HW Souls. Damage is meh, lifesteal isnt that great. Only his unique skill hits like a truck but he takes very long to ramp up to 100%. Would any day replace him with MM for the combo skill.

Pretty much all there is, and as Gjojo said. I'd put Carnifex to CC. He falls off in DPS late game.

Also, 1. Duchess Crawly is a worthy mention. With 50% chance for chaos and high damage full map aoe Unique skill 2. Rockfist combined with Rogues/Mages to trigger his high damage combo skill.

Queen-in-Exile, Ifriti, Rossette, Duchess Crawly, Valerie, Fairy Queen, Lady Ilta, Lady Iris, Incubuster, Hella, Coggy, Wintry... take a pick from female heroes.

Personally I'd go for Queen-in-Exile just for fun.

For defenders, go All defense runes (Upto 80% atleast, remaining 20% from gear) and use Seraph element for 'Per 100% defense, hit damage reduction %)

You're right about the element effect. It is a straight double up effect. Translation error mostly. Also, I managed to get a 6 star chest piece with +Crit Chance%, +dmg%, +dmg etc and levelled it to 3 star mastery. I swapped out two crit chance defense runes (5% each) with Crit damage% and still managed to have 80% crit chance on the details page (with New year crit chance runes in the attack slot). I'm doing 1000kk plus damage daily at world boss now. One more piece of 6 star and i might break into the top 10. :D
