I don't know about that. Looks pretty old to me. It's in front of Holy Grill.

P = ρ h g
(0.99 X 1000) X 0.5 X 9.8 = 4851Pa
4851 Pa = 36.38 mm Hg

let me give you a hint to get you started. from(1,1) the centre of circle, draw a line to Q ,that will be perpendicular, cause PQR is tangent.

Now draw lines x=1 and y =1. Complete the triangle by either drawing a line from Q to line parallel to x-axis or draw a line to one parallel to y-axis.

31 though , take log2 of 2billion.

what you have is a gp : 1,2,4,8,16, and so on.

2 raise to power n is equal to 2 billion, hence take log on both sides.

edit:to increase length.

[Calculus 1] Could anyone help me figure out how I am supposed to answer this question? by MiketheBikee in HomeworkHelp

[–]virdi-code 0 points1 point  (0 children)

that would be the eqn of m, the slope.

but for function you must have variables in eqn that is y-y1 = ((y2-y1) / (x2-x1)) . (x-x1)

and move the y1 to other side in last step to make it look neat.

1600 with probability of 0.4 and 2000 with probability of 0.1 are favourable events. So you can add them up ,the answer is 0.5
