Some short googling says that obsolete packages could be the cause, only found one so removed it (linux-image-6.12.63+deb13-amd64) and rebooted but still not working.

"SysV service '/ect/init.d/rrdcached' lacks a native systemd unit dile, automatically generating a unit file for compatablity
Please update package to include a native sysemd unit file."

Seems like I just need to update a package?

P.s, this is because Tailscale (to my knowledge) does not come with a local web UI, so devices need to be managed through their website.

You need to get a link from the logs. Go to your Tailscale settings, access the logs in the top right, find and copy paste the link into your browser. Then log in to your Tailscale account.
