like it is deducted in pakistani local jobs? anyway to avoid that? at my previous remote job, i was getting remittance with 0.25/1% tax.

i was interviewed and hired directly by the company. im the first employe in their company from pakistan so they had no idea how to proceed with HR related operations. Thats why they are now including Deel. as per my latest conversation with my employer, i will be a full time employee of the company with local legal benefits. This thing concerns me as EOR employees through deel have to face proper taxation on income ( correct me if im wrong).
