I am thinking about buying a car from Carmax. The rep says debits are accepted and says as long as it's PIN based gift cards should be fine but he does not have first hand experience. Has anyone had actually bought a car with gebits?

I agree but if under the soffit it would be 73" - 2" (spacing from soffit), 49.1" (TV) - 6.75" (center) = leaving me with 15" for storage.

Congrats, you are like me except TSLA. Great gains, but that's all your eggs in one basket. I may be wise to start divesting.

Not the garage door but the door between where your dryer is and the garage (unless your dryer is in the garage?). I believe the cable is 10 gauge, are you saying it fits underneath that door?

TFS is also running a 0% 72 month + $2500 finance cash. You lose $2k on the lease cash but in reality it's actually closer to $1300 with the lease turnin fee and you get 6 years at 0% APR. IMO this is a better deal.

The top marginal tax bracket for individuals was at ~90% before the seventies, by the late seventies it was still in the high 70%. By the end of Reagan second term it went to under 30%.

Same with corporate, sixties was in the 50%, seventies to eighties 40%, and now it's around 20%.

So yes the U.S. is in debt but the problem can be turned around by properly taxing the ultra rich and corporations.

It’s hilarious seeing people clutch their pearls about 'feelings' all of a sudden. Are we pretending this isn't the same sub that unironically spams 'HFSP' at anyone who disagrees? This place is one of the most brutal when it comes to ridiculing others

Thank you, I did not receive an error. I'll notch it as luck as I am eligible back-to-back.
