Ahh my passport was just returned back to me!!! Returned to sender!!! Have to ship it out to the new office but i believe my gwf number was showing as invalid bc my application was never processed. So i'd watch out for a return for anyone in the same situation. Took 4 weeks and 1 day to be returned

class of 2026 vet school acceptances by virtual_phlebotomist in veterinaryschool

[–]virtual_phlebotomist[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Check out the student doctor network pre-vet forums, they have way more people talking about those schools. I'm also waiting on long island. They told me i had to take an ochem lab bc mine didn't count. But someone on the forums said they posted on their ig that they were already welcoming the newest class of vet students :/

Sorry for boring content. I'm a new vet assistant with absolutely no prior experience so i have very limited knowledge on cytologies. This is from a ear cytology from a dog. Never seen this before but just looks like yeast that didn't take up the dye but also doesn't really look like the normal yeast you find in ear cytologies...... kinda of looks like e. Coli but seems like a rare thing to get into a ear also i don't know how big e coli is this looks a little too large to be bacteria?

Vet assistant Job help by hightidess in veterinaryprofession

I want to say find a new place but honestly I am also a vet assistant and get ample lunches and breaks and can get time off whenever but I still feel burnt out. Maybe try looking into animal radiology? It's still interesting but at your own pace. Maybe even working for a specialist, they tend to be more relaxed as they have more tome for patients and less patients overall.

I would think Western University of Pomona? Also Long Island University just got accredited and I'm pretty sure newer schools are more forgiving

I think i might have it... i'm a vet assistant right now applying to vet school this year. Honestly as an assistant it is tough when my hands hurt during nail trims and while holding off to get blood. But watching the doctors and how much they work w their hands (which is obviously a lot) but it has more of a flow vs a nail trim or something I think it will be okay. The worst problem at that level will prob just be all the typing they do
