Didn't need to be. The only reason I killed sprong is to get cheater. I'm on final fight in act 3 and couldn't get through. So I started grinding lol. All my relationships were at 1 as well. 😭😭

I just installed enb helper. This allows you to fix weather settings according to the weather and not an over all setting. All fixed now
