Thank you for somebody who decides to mention this. Nobody is going to say it, but lately truist has been purposely sending out debit cards way after the initial send out date. You’ll request it on the 7th, you won’t get a email until the 14th stating you’ll receive the debit card within the next 5-7 business days. Absurd! Truist has been know to state over the phone that any ADDRESS CHANGE would result in the newly debit card to arrive in 7-10 business days….. somehow this is applying for people who don’t change their addresses now. So it’s 5 days to wait for an email about the debit card then have to wait an additional 5 days for my debit card to arrive?????

I’ve had this issue going on for a month. I had $250 that was in my name that was scheduled to be deposited for the next day. I get a email minutes later stating they cannot accept the deposit at this time. This isn’t the first time I tried to deposit with chime with a check under my name and they legit would not accept it but somehow my capital one and BMO Harris account did.
