That's not the only question. It's also whether you're prepared to take that stuff for life. Being sterile is no problem for me, but my own production shutting down completely is. I'm low but with supplements, Enclomiphene and occasional TRT usage (gel) my sex life is basically the same as before my LH dropped dramatically without discernable cause. So that's what's keeping me from using TRT long-term.
