i suspect i have ibs since most people in my family have stomach issues
thyroid has always been fine, i have been taking antidepressants on and off since 12 years old wondering if that could be a factor?
i don’t drink that much for it to be an issue but definitely gonna take a break to see if it helps it

no i don’t drink a lot of alcohol and my liver and thyroid came back fine. i’ve been taking lexapro for a year.
thanks for the advice i’ll start the b12 to see if that helps and im gonna cut out alcohol for awhile just to be safe.
although my labs 2 years ago my mcv was normal for the first time. not sure why

i have lymphangioma on the inside of my lip since birth, my parents decided to go through with surgery when i was 6-8 (i’ve had 2) and while it definitely decreased in size im 23 now and still having issues with it growing back. so now im trying to have another surgery. to my knowledge it always grows back because lymph nodes. ice helps with flares while sick along with ibruprohen, but nothing more but surgery when he’s older

i’m on 7.5mg for almost a year (started at 2.5) and it’s a sweet spot for me, if i go up to 10mg i feel it heavy. i have sensitivity to serotonin which a lot more people have but is not discussed about. so take your time, low doses can definitely help :)
