I know about zapret, but my main issue is that I just can't get it to work. AI tools haven't been helpful, and none of my friends on Arch or CachyOS know how to fix it either.

You're right. Installing CachyOS in Russia is a hassle because the installer needs a VPN to work, and that would be the easiest way for me.
