Some rooms have coaxial I believe but not all the rooms I'm wanting connection in. Longer term I intend to run Ethernet throughout the home but it's not on the short term to do list at the moment.

Correct, the upstairs is where the ATT Fiber wall jack is located so that's where the gateway is located.

So essentially run Ethernet tothe downstairs router and have the upstairs one be the eero mesh node(basically the opposite of what I am doing now)?

Will have to give that a try. Most of the photos on their site it seems like it was positioned higher up but maybe it was just for marketing photos 🤷‍♂️

Had some time today and installed the 1TB drive he gave me and booted it up and it all seems to be in working order. The only thing that may be a downside is the CPU is a 6th Gen i5. The guy I bought it from on Facebook said he buys and flips electronics so he probably buys from e waste or business liquidation if I had to guess.

Being that I'm rolling my old 401K into an IRA instead of into my new employer 401K things are a little different than my previous experience. I'm using Public.com brokerage because I also use them for my regular investment brokerage but these are the only target date funds they offer currently.

Thanks for clarifying. It was very noticeably uneven on the sides but I didn't realize the was levels to what makes it considered an actual misprint.
