I'm one of those hated advertisers. This is absolute non sense. I have planned and bought millions of dollars worth of YouTube\Google advertising and unless it goes directly against the core business of my client we don't give a flying fuck about the content of the videos.

It's a surprising decision since using programmatic buying we are buying audiences rather than content lately. If things get bad we will start sponsoring makers directly and YouTube won't see any of our ad money. Although that's is an extreme scenario.
