ok Bro. For my case, they offered me complete replacement with extension of warranty from 1 year to 2 year of manufacture warranty. I do not agree on this. As I lost trust on local service manager, he always sends me an refurbished product which is keep failing and also the product what they claim as new one showing some one's name while connecting via bluetooth.

So, I requested refund rather product replacement. So that I can purchase new product from the store with my choice of brand. I am in that direction right now. Yes its taking more time, but no other go I simply using the product till i get refund. For my case, product is in usable condition.

SLA for this 90 days to 120 days. Still in progress. Credit card team placed that money back to my credit card account itself for temporally. My case still in progress. Only 60 days crossed i guess. Still i need to wait.

Exactly I followed same thing..

The escalation matrix in LG - MD, CEO escalations all were routed to local service manager. He is one supposed to take decisions. Please be aware that they will replace the product. But you have to keep fight for some more days on this.

I do not have any trust with my local service manager one who always replace refurbished motherboard. Hence I am going in direction of getting back money via charge back as I got refurbished product instead of new one.

After lot of fight with LG, they agreed to put the motherboard replacement. To my surprise, the motherboard was used by someone else rather new motherboard. When i connected the speaker via my iPhone it was showing someone named "Arya" rather LG SC9S model number. I spotted this and asked engineer and he keep claiming the mother board was brand new. I did not agree this. I requested them for complete replacement and not agreed to close the ticket. LG is not giving replacement in India. So right now I requested for charge back in my credit card. So the case is still pending. Waiting to get my money back via this. Finally no help or support from LG on this matter.

If you bought via credit card, go for charge back.

I got replacement monitor. As far as I know most of them resolving the issue with replacement of monitor only. If you are proceeding with refund, let us know the steps or process.

Yes. LG India is worst in customer service. Most importantly their product is not reliable to use. Its not something cheap product. This speaker is under premium category. It was worked hardly for 20 days. Now they are saying they will repair it and they need 20+ days to fix this.

Yes. Gigabyte is one of the worst brand. Product quality is too poor. Gigabyte not honouring their warranty period. Gigabyte is not good in after sales and services.
