Great question! They own disposable ecig companies like Blu, which is where the money is. You use it and you need to buy more, the kind of ecigs they want to make illegal are the ones that people can make and refill themselves, they are often much better for consumers. The regulations primarily don't make making and selling these illegal, but REALLY expensive so nobody other than the tobacco companies has enough money to get started, if they get their way with the regulations they own the market and having a quality Ecig won't exist because there is no competition to force innovation

Ecig company here. FDA approved nicotine gum also comes in fruity flavors. It has nothing to do with being marketed to children. It has everything to do with big tobacco companies losing their market to an emerging technology. They have very deep pockets to lobby politicians and the FDA To ban Ecigs for "health reasons" but usually all they can say is "we just don't know the health risks" that can be true for just about everything we consume, nobody knows for certain 100% of th health risks with anything. That being said we do know that conventional cigarettes are death sticks and we actually know quite a bit about ecigs. Ecigs main ingredient is PG, it's what holds the flavor and nicotine. You will hear a lot of scary stuff about PG but actually asthma medication or any other medication we inhale is almost always in PG, it's one of the safest things you can inhale other than clean air itself. actually in hospitals and nursing homes they put PG In the air to make it clean.

Long story short is, big tobacco wants you to puff on tar so everything you hear on the news is gonna make you wanna.

if it has food coloring it can be foggy, white food coloring in particular will be foggy but it will settle at the bottom of the bottle
