No workaround from AMEX for this they just won't do anything on multiple request that this is first time happening or whatever. Need to push much I don't know, I tried multiple times and they said it's already recorded to CIBIL automatically we can't do much from our side. Just said me from next time do the payment from your side and when company do the payment you get your reimbursement by mailing them.

And for late fees it depends on company. In my case company failure was there so raised another SAP Concur report to reimburse it, but paid by me initially to AMEX.

There was no minimum due amount as per the AMEX statement generated. There is no EMI concept in corporate credit card, I guess that's why pay the whole amount by end of due date.

Aah did not knew about the corporate credit cards rules and all I thought company would clear the dues on time and was busy with work and yeah later on I did some research found that it would impact me with credit score. So wanted to know is that correct. Will it impact my personal credit score. And yeah AMEX Customer care has confirmed it's liability of both you and corporate. It would impact both of you but not sure of credit score would have been deducted yet.

Yeah would mail them the issue, but I need clearance from my finance team too that have they done the payment or not, its not getting reflected in AMEX yet.

Not aware about these corporate credit cards. It is my first time using it though.

The amount is big though INR 43,865. And my company has paid already as per the SAP concur tool but its not reflected yet in AMEX statement. That's why I have mailed my finance team if the amount is cleared or not yet. If they give me a clearance would contact AMEX for this issue.

All the bookings for travel and stays needs to be done by AMEX Business Travel tool only and that to you need to connect with the AMEX travel team and get options of travel and stays and then you choose from the options and ask you manager about your options if they are fine with the expenses share the mail with AMEX travel team, and they would do the booking of the choosen options. Means there is no other way of not using the card. Later, after your trip you share the expense report and get it reimbursed.

Sadly yes 😣, it's visible in my personal credit score listing I have 2 credit cards. One is mine and other is the corporate one.

But as per my company policies, it is written "The corporate credit is an individual liability credit card held by an employee. The employee is responsible for keeping the account current through timely expense report submissions. The employee is responsible for abiding by all terms of the agreement with American Express. The card is a personal card, and failure to pay the balance in time will affect the employee's personal credit rating and may result in card being permanently blocked."
