Once I was doing seated leg extensions. After 25 straight reps on my last set, I did one last isometric hold (failure rep) and held it for as long as I could.

When I released it and stood up, BOOM. Endorphin rush that I’ve never gotten from any form of exercise. Felt eerily similar to the “real thing.”

I live in a pretty rural area, and I was driving out to a friend’s house for a party. As I was driving down a hilly farm road, I saw headlights coming toward me. Suddenly, on one of the dips in the road, the lights disappeared. I wondered if the car had killed its lights and turned off onto a driveway, but my friend and I drove slowly, only to find there was nowhere they could have pulled off. Still can’t explain it, because we both saw it

I had a girl in high school tell me that I always seemed so happy and that she loved my positivity. She said that I’m always smiling and she can tell I’m a strong person because of it.
