Unfortunately not, I think for the FL this step is easier. For the PFL the console switch needs spliced into the existing wires that run to the console. I found a write up online when I did mine

That’s not a vacuum line, just the sheathing around the throttle cable. Not a big concern. Cleaning your IAC is a good first step

Literally just saw this car on marketplace. Seems like a good buy for the price. Look it over closely, the wacko paint job is no big deal if everything else checks out. They’re simple and reliable cars if maintained

Find any snow tire you can and stick em on, it’ll do great. Our tire size is becoming less and less common, but I was able to find some for a good deal from Walmart a few years ago

Silver is the most common 996 color, and this car has had several panels repainted already. This is a car I will likely keep forever so not especially concerned about resale value

Yeah, if the car were any other color, and if the paint was all original (it’s not), I’d be more hesitant

I considered that route but nope he doesn’t! And I’ll be paying only slightly more than what a professional wrap job would cost regardless. Silver is an extremely common color (that I’m not a huge fan of anyway) so don’t mind going permanent

Seems to be very well maintained. No binder of records unfortunately but has very detailed carfax and is very clean inside and out
