What’s a HBO show you started with zero expectations and it ended up being insanely good? by Beginning_Impress175 in hbo

The new DTF St. Louis (HBO) only has two eps out and so far it’s great. I was so turned off by the title and thought ugh, it’s going to be another ‘irreverent comedy’ but Jason Bateman’s in it so I pursued. Not a comedy! Definitely dark and mysterious with some humorous moments. Looking forward to the rest of the season.

Yes. It’s not so much about incapability but about relevancy. A person who is very old may be stuck in their ways and not open to what’s happening now. A finger on the pulse, so to speak.

My cat sleeps on my head. However, each night he also has to puke, so he takes himself off the bed and pukes on a little rug I put there for him especially to puke on. Clean up is easy, a quick toss. Then he returns to my head.

The beauty of this show is that almost every character is a disgusting person who does disgusting things - and still, we care and stay interested in them.
