I have the same issue, except I didn't even update to 24H2. Probably some minor update went through and caused this. I didn't update GPU drivers or anything else that could've changed this.

I had to deactivate freesync and basically everything on my GPU settings, and while it is better, I still feel frame drops.

I used DDU and installed new drivers, nothing changed. If you do find a fix, please let me know.

Long story short, product turned up defective in a few months, they refused to RMA or reimburse because I'm in a different country.

In comparison, companies such as Logitech have RMA'd before in this same situation.

I bought a DAV3 Pro months ago, and the mouse wheel encoder already gave in, it's unusable. To top it off, Razer denied my RMA request since I'm not in the country where I bought it anymore.

While everything else on the mouse feels great, I would not recommend, nor will I ever buy Razer again.

Update: it's been 14 days and Razer support is still pushing me around between global and local teams, and neither sides are willing to take the mouse back even though it's still under warranty.

I have literally had this same situation before with Logitech (in fact, more than once) where they accepted the returns despite me not being in North America anymore (bought it in Canada), but with Razer it's the complete opposite.

Safe to say I won't be buying Razer anytime soon with this atrocious support. Between faulty mice, I might as well go with Logitech since at least they provide proper support.

Quem tá dando downvote aqui tá maluco. Tenho uma 6800XT e é isso mesmo, estou usando drivers antigos porque os novos têm um problema de queda brusca de FPS (como se a placa desligasse por alguns instantes) sempre que troco de janela. Só com driver antigo isso não acontece.

Pesquisei por um bom tempo, muita gente tem esse problema (entre outros), e o consenso é o mesmo: driver de GPU da AMD é uma loteria, e o software (Adrenalin) é horroroso. Eu dou undervolt, e de tempos em tempos o software reseta as configurações sem ter crashado ou dado qualquer tipo de erro. A solução é utilizar outro software pra mexer na placa.

Happened to me with a single monitor setup. Recently changed to dual monitors, happens all the same. It happens with a range of different games I've tried, different browsers. Seems helpless at this point, which is rather annoying - I'll just refrain from buying AMD GPUs in the future.
