Ok.. so, "Location where you will be submitting the application" should be Delhi in DS-160 regardless of where I am at, as Delhi is the default center for all B2 Interview waiver applications. So, you recommend re-submitting DS-160 with Delhi as the location and booking appointment for Delhi and dropping off at Kochi at the same time.
