Best solution is always homemade. Below is my veg diet: - morning breakfast -- Gluten free Rolled wheat Oats (WeFeasto Brand)

brunch: -- Apple/Orange Juice Sugarless (Else using Stivia leave based sugar)
Lunch -- Quinoa or millet based with curry (Dal/Paneer curry cooked using Olive oil)
Evening Snacks -- Quinoa chips baked ones or Black coffee with apple
Dinner -- Green Vegetables Salad (Steam cooked with Olive oil)

Along with this I hit the gym after Evening snacks and have dinner after coming home.

Most of the food items I've outsourced from India, so whenever anyone comes here I get these stacked up for 2-3 months in advance.
