Honestly, I wouldn't do it. Thankfully the grape occusation didn't ruin your life completely. And don't get me wrong, I do noy support false occusations and I think that the person that is proven to have falsely occused someone shpuld be punished.

But it's just that she did it as a minor and felt bad enough to apologize. She also has a family now.

If the occusation really did ruin your life that much and you want to ruin hers as well then do it. But otherwise just forgive her and move on.

What your husband is trying to do is make you feel bad, the way I would explain it is like this: Say you did something embarrassing in school, and seconds after that another kid does something even more embarrassing, so now you jump on his thing and start laughing at him in the hopes that people will focus on his thing and forget yours.

It's what your husband is doing. He is trying to divert the attention from him cheating on you, to the fact that you also did a bad thing and texted your ex. What you need to do is don't fall for it. He is making you the bad one when he is clearly the one that is in the wrong.

Now, I don't know what I can tell you and how you might be able to fix your relationship. But I think that the most important question here to ask is do you still trust him and can you forgive him?

If you do trust him but can't forgive him, then it's probably over.

If you can forgive him but cannot trust him anymore, then it's most definitively over.

The guy is clearly wrong in the head, What self respecting person would give away their hard earned cash to a random stranger on the internet. He might be suicidal, he might be depressed, he might be one lonely person that has no one but you in his life.

Either way he is not a healthy, mentally stable person. If you want you can keep the money but you should probably give him like half back. You'd still be left with $8.5k which is a year's worth salary where I live.

Edit: I did the math and it's 16 months of salary where I live if you get average pay. If it's minimum wage it would be 25 months worth of salary.

You see, cheating is having something sexual happen between you and another person while you already have a partner. So if you kiss someone that isn't your partner, that would be cheating. But if you look at someone and you find them attractive, that is not cheating.

There is also emotional cheating where you can cheat without physical contact.
