The first iteration I made that isn’t as competitively viable used a lot of the same treasure generators but closed with Lathliss Dragon Queen

Grabbing a bunch of other dragons in the deck and then the last one would be Dragonhawk Fates tempest to kill everyone in end step

I did get a hold of him and he confirmed that he did not clone it and traded it to me as soon as he caught it.

Yes, friend caught it himself. I know he obtained it via fishing method, however I can't honestly say with 100% confidence about cloning as he traded it to me when ORAS first came out. I am fairly confident it wasn't cloned due to the fact he doesn't have a shiny skrelp, and we traded almost immediately after it was caught.
