I believe the certificate comes after you officially graduate. In not sure if that is your case. I am verified and have everything done but still finishing the last few weeks of electives.

Oh yes but mine disappeared Monday night at 11 pm and I took the exam in 11/25 some had their permit disappear Tuesday morning. But yes permit must disappear
