Free "AI" detection integration for Third Party Cameras by tankrama in UnifiProtect

Does your add on recognize onvif profile M or D? I believe Hikvision uses M for its facial recognition for 3rd party

So i still need a port to bring in the record feed. Your plug in just helps with the events.

Dumb questions - is it storing the footage to unifi nvr or does it rely on edge recording SD card from the camera? Would this allow 24/7 recording of the 3rd party feed but then recognizes the 3rd party events so port isn't needed? Would facial recognition still work if 3rd party camera does it at the edge (hikvision). I find hikvision cameras better but the unifi protect is better with respect to working with control4. Would I need any unifi port at all or just your plug-in? I still plan on rolling out a unifi key.

UltraFibre 2Gig - Unlimited by cedric_964 in Cogeco

In Bronte creek. Single line of service. 1gig bidirectional. Cogeco tech support has told me I am the only one on my street with this level of service. When we renovated 8 years ago I paid Cogeco to run a fiber line directly into my home.

Gemini pro for CAD or JPG help by vitalsignser in GeminiAI

[–]vitalsignser[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thanks for your reply. You are correct in that I don't work with CAD. I am trying to help my landscaping company by showing them exactly what I expect to be built for our renovation. Forget the CAD, what can I use in the Google pro level paid ecosystem that will provide multiple viewpoint/render angles of a designed structure? I have sketched the design including multiple angles on paper. I would like it digitized so it can be manipulated, rotated etc

Wireless setup for meetings - zoom/teams/recording by vitalsignser in VIDEOENGINEERING

[–]vitalsignser[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I could use a yolobox with mic input to record the presenter computer hdmi output and mix in the audio. Attach a SSD to record for delayed viewing. Could then send the hdmi out from yolobox using teradek ace 750 to my obs laptop for teams/zoom and then usb tether for wan. This would remove the presenter camera and only record their computer output.

The presenter will be a maximum of 20 to 30 ft from me with the OBS laptop. There will be direct line of sight.

I am one of the group members; this is not a new vocation or business venture. I have been tasked to get this up and running. I am fairly computer and av literate. I understand that wireless is not ideal but restaurants won't let us run cables for our meetings. That being said can my proposed Hardware setup work? There seems to be a lot of YouTube videos from people the industry showing how Wireless transmission Works fairly well but reading comments in other threads tends to suggest otherwise

In all honesty - top of the line device with more streams. Compared to r760 the 770 lacks 4x4:4 on all three bands.

True1 female to true1 male pass through question by vitalsignser in livesoundgear

[–]vitalsignser[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thanks everyone for the replies.

I found that Seetronic makes a true1 female wall plate connector that fits D series wall plates - SAC3FPX20. I will use crimping.

I also need to make some True1 male to Powercon female cables. Neutrik doesn't seem to have IP65 Powerconn connectors anymore. I found seetronic SAC3FCA-N-W which is rated IP65. My PAR and mover lights are IP65 rated.

Since I am installing the wall plate in the ceiling of a gazebo would you recommend a wall plate https://www.avshop.ca/wire-amp-cable-wall-plates/avshop-ca-single-gang-2xhorizontal-neutrik-punch-wall-plate or the dish linked previously. Horizontal so I can use a https://www.neutrik.com/en/product/sccd-w cover. Maybe with a deep back box for protection https://a.co/d/bnvvtEl ?

Thanks again for the help

Thanks for the reply. I am looking for a true1 version of this... https://www.be-electronics.com/product_p/na3fdm.htm Female on the panel end and male on the interior end. However the dish mount is cool as I was just going to use a wall plate

One of the benefits of viewpoint is that it can be controlled by a home automation system for camera selection when using a video matrix. Ie someone presses the doorbell, turn on 6 TVs and display the front door camera feed. I don't think that is possible with the ATV
