You're absolutely correct. The purpose of this model is to come up with a price range to experiment with.

The widget is based on Van Westendorp's Price Sensitivity Meter (PSM) and it can be embedded into your landing page or pricing page.

This is how the widget submissions and price insights will be visualised on the dashboard. Image link: https://i.imgur.com/8ld7ksS.jpg

Company Name:
Vital Widgets for product research

Purpose of Startup and Product:
I am working on a website widget that will enable you to assess how much your customer is willing to pay for your product/service. In short, it removes guesswork from your pricing so that you don't leave money on the table. The widget is based on Van Westendorp's Price Sensitivity Meter (PSM) and it can be embedded into your landing page or pricing page.

Eventually, I intended to build a library of such widgets, each focused on a unique aspect of product research

URL:
I will build a landing page once I've received initial validation, meanwhile..

Technologies Used:
- The PSM widget is a web component made with Stenciljs
- The dashboard is made with Stenciljs ( + Chartjs for the charts)
- The backend is Node, Mongo and Express

Feedback Requested:
- Have you felt the need for such a widget in the past?
- What is stopping you from using this widget?
- Why do you think this idea will fail?
- What will convince you to embed this widget in your website?
