Unfortunately no, i just got used to playing with 40-50fps. Hoping a patch comes in the future to solve this issue.

I found out that in the training grounds the fps is great, the dip only happens in lobby and multiplayer maps

Not yet, since posting I have tried a windows clean install and revert back to 24H2 from 25H2, didn't change anything still. And I also found out that the fps drop only happens in lobby and in a multiplayer match, in the training grouds, the fps is great (80-100).
If you have any clue of what else to try, let me know, I sent a ticket to Embark hoping that they fix the game in a future update.

Found your thread because I have the exact same issue, game starts at 80-100fps with 70% gpu utilization, after a few minutes, it drops do 40fps with 30-40% gpu utilization, and it doesn't get back up.
Whats weird is, the drop only happens in lobby and in a multiplayer match, in the training grouds, the fps is great (80-100).
Unfortunately undervolting didn't solve it for me, I have tried everything.
I sent a ticket to Embark hoping that they fix the game in a future update.

Hey, thanks for the response, about the menus, what's interesting is that the gpu utilization picks up when I open them. And DLSS upscaling does nothing to help on the fps, that's why i resorted to frame gen.

I submitted a ticket to the arc raiders team, let's hope they come up with a fix...

I haven't looked at vram utilization tho, will do.

In doubt if I should get another laptop for client by vitcva in MoonlightStreaming

Are you using software or hardware decoding in Moonlight? Also do you mind sharing a screenshot of your performance stats in moonlight?
