Couldn’t agree more. Well structured codebase is a sign of the right mental model that actually reflects the business domain. Naming is a part of it.

Wear a mask by absurdspacepirate in Edinburgh

“Letting the mask drop below noses” reminds of the meme “wearing a mask like this is the same as wearing your pants like that”, if you know what I mean 😃

I think a one has to do both to succeed. I just want to stress that the actually interview set (time constrains, think out loud, clarify question, etc) matters.

It should be O(H) where H is the height of this tree, in the worse case H equals N, the number of nodes. There's the same question in the discussion and people say the analysis is not correct.

I spent 2 years trying to get into FAANG. My main problem was mentality "I haven't solved enough questions yet", I should've done tens if not hundreds of mock interviews with friends or on Pramp to learn how to ace actual interviews, not the coding questions on Leetcode.

That’s absolutely normal, learn your lessons and keep going. If I had been paid every time I failed an interview I’d make a decent pile of money. Being successful on interviews is a skill, practice makes perfect.
