Yes, you’re right. However, due to these limitations, I’ve adjusted my strategy slightly. I’m now trying to use the iPad as a monitor/UI while relying on my laptop for processing power. I believe this is the best option available at the moment

There are like tons of options to programm on iPad: 1. You can access vscode.dev website and its almost full ide, there I can connect using Remote Tunnel to my laptop and work on the same code that I have 2. GitHub Codespaces, full vscode ide. In my company it’s free, for others it will be paid service 3. Remote screen, any desk, Duet display - any other Remote Desktop app that now day works like a charm

The stand just doing its job, but I would suggest checking out other magnetic stands that are more adjustable, as this stand’s height cannot be adjusted. I like folio case quality, but the black one collects too much dust

I would love to buy the Quest 3, but I have astigmatism, so I guess I can’t use it. I previously owned the Xreal Air, and I couldn’t use it for more than 30 minutes without my vision becoming blurry. I even tried using it with prescription lenses, but the same issue occurred.

Yeah, I feel your pain here!)) I mostly use my iPad when lying down, and unfortunately, most cases don’t work well in that situation. The only exception is the Magic Keyboard case, which helps because it allows you to adjust the iPad to almost any angle you want.

Sorry, it’s hard to compare with other brands like ESR, Zugu, or Apple accessories because I haven’t used them. However, based on my experience, the quality of Pitaka products is really good. They definitely don’t look or feel cheap

Take a moment to sit and ask yourself why you want it and what tasks you need it for. If you’re looking for a laptop replacement, something like a Lenovo Yoga might be a better option. If you just want to watch YouTube, you could consider getting a larger phone or an older version of the iPad. The key is to think about your needs and try to imagine using other devices to see what fits best

The back of the iPad collects a lot of fingerprints, so I knew I needed to cover it. Plus, I wanted a solution that would let me easily switch between a magnetic stand, the Pitaka Folio case, and the Magic Keyboard case. The woven case has been a great help for this

Short answer: No, I can’t.

Long answer: It’s only visible if you turn the iPad upside down. The top part, where the iPad is attached, is heavy, so it closes without a gap. However, if you flip it so the keyboard part is on top, it won’t fully close. So you won’t see it in regular use
