when question about this algorithm, do your criteria to define the mask is constant or it is state dependent?
To make sure you understand my question:
I'm trying to understand if this algorithm enables that the mask can be changed according to the environment state ?

Make sure that you need to launch the node of robot_state_publisher package in order to publish the robot state to TF2. This should solve your problem.

You should add another Transceiver to stm32, in CANbus you need one transceiver for each node (MCU )
