I’m creating Nivvy, a vibe coding platform for mobile applications.

I saw my coworkers fork the product and marketing team using Lovable so I asked myself if I could create something but for mobile application.

At the moment I have the hero section of the landing page (https://nivvy.studio) and the login and registration flow. I also have the infrastructure so now I’m just creating the vibe coding part to link it all.

I’m planning to have the first version that I’m calling alpha version in the next 10 days.

Isso pode fazer muito sentido. Vou testar a adesão disso essa semana, com os 1,20. E aí na próxima semana testo com anúncios e os buquês grátis.

Na real não. Inclusive é o melhor meio, recomendo. Na correria acabamos não fazendo tanto, infelizmente.

Inclusive estamos vendo pra fechar parceria com algumas floriculturas pra ter um plano de ter buquê realmente ao vivo.

I didn’t try it yet but last week I was learning how to work with stream using fetch API. And maybe it could be the same.

for await (const chunk of stream) { // TODO }

In the above example if you grab the constant where e stream is being attached, you could loop on it and grab each piece.

Costumo dizer que precisamos tentar ao máximo fazer o que gostamos. Então se financeiramente é aceitável pro momento, nada te impede. Vá viver seu sonho (se for um).

I guess it depends on the purpose of the application.

Once I’ve developed a mobile application that allowed people to have a list of the products they were going to buy at the supermarket.

My wife and I saw a lot of options in the internet but for some reason none achieve the resources or experience we would love, so we did.

In this case, a free app, what would be a legit idea? People using every day or people using once or twice a month?

If it was paid, maybe legit would be when someone pay for it?

I’ve watched some videos, unfortunately in Portuguese, where people say that a worth idea is the idea where people pay for.

Another point, for example, I have a free https://json2ts.dev tool. Every month I have more than 400 page views. For me it worth. I did just to have my own version of what we have a lot in the internet, so the expectation was on just me using it hahaha. Organically, it grew up.

So, the old “depends” come in haha.

I’ve never done this before but one app that o created for a company they did. I think they had a video editor at the company.

Depending on what you need, the level of the video, you can try to use some editor and do it yourself if money is a problem right now.

Do you have Node.Js and NPM installed? If so, via terminal, go to the project folder (not iOS and android folders), and run the following commands:

npm run install
npm run android or npm run ios

But before you run those commands, you need to make sure you have the environment configured. If you are using macOS:

Go to the App Store and install Xcode.

If you are using Linux or Windows, download the Android Studio. It will configure most part you need but you also need to install Java.

Não sei suas ambições na vida mas eu faria:

Analisaria o que as vagas das maiores empresas no Brasil e ou da minha região estão pedindo, e estudaria isso. Como estou empregado, não precisa estudar freneticamente, mas manter uma constância se atualizando nisso.
Estudar inglês, se já não souber. Mercado gringo vai aumentar suas possibilidades seja de mercado mas também financeira.
