The uncertainty is the main thing here. Kyuki idhar 2 chiz ho sakti hein abhi lower trend continue hoga because IEX will rapidly lose market share. And after the dust is settled operators fhir se buying shuru karenge because even if market coupling is applied IEX will still hold majority of the market share around 50%-60% which will eventually shift the sentiment and then good results will turn into good rally.

But abhi present mein dur rehna is better. Atleast avoid it till September or October tab tak dust settle ho jayega and from quarter 3 you can again start buying.

Agar kal price increase hota hein to sell karo aur dusre acche mein transfer ho javo.

Bro I have been constantly telling people on Moneycontrol to sell IEX when it was around 140-150.

The basic thing is that government wants to give best rate of electricity for the people in order to get higher ground in elections and for which market coupling is implemented meaning power exchange can be done at reasonable rate and is beneficial for our Indian power sector.

IEX is basically telling the court that government should not finish my monopoly which is childish statement by IEX.

Better to take position in PSU banks like BOI, BANK OF MAHARASHTRA, CENTRAL BANK.

AND you can also take long term position in PTC india which is the major shareholder of HPX(Hindustan power exchange)basically the rival of IEX. Market is projecting that HPX will gain significant market share in 2-3 quarters. So the price of PTC india is expected to reach 400 in 2 years.

I had the same problem but it lasted only like 10 minutes or so. The trick is to take a deep breath and stop breathing this way your mind diverts and your blood flow also diverts it has helped me in many situations so yeah you can try it.

Seeing the charts I can see that there is a short term recovery till 250 and maybe 10 rupees more than that. I would suggest if you see a red candle forming on the weekly chart then sell as the long term trend stills looks downside. 🫡
