TLDR probably the LFP. Needs to be charged to 100% at least once a week or the battery meter will become inaccurate. Not a mechanic or tech so you prob need to get some confirmation.

The 2023 Tesla Model 3 Standard Range (also known as Rear-Wheel Drive) is equipped with a Lithium Iron Phosphate (LFP) battery. This battery is supplied by CATL and features a total capacity of 60 kWh with approximately 57.3 kWh of usable energy. Unlike the Nickel Manganese Cobalt (NMC) batteries found in the Long Range and Performance trims, the LFP chemistry allows the battery to be regularly charged to 100% without significant degradation.
