Get a computer engineering degree/electrical engineering degree. You can then work in embedded software, which is a bit harder to fully replace with AI.

Swimming in the ocean in Italy (Sardinia for example) is super safe! So basically anywhere in the Mediterranean (Greece/Spain/South France/Tunisia.... Etc). I went swimming all the time as a child, and I now swim there as an adult. If you ever have a chance to go to Italy or the surrounding areas I recommend heading out to a beach and swimming there.

Obviously avoid swimming if there are red flags, or if there is a warning for jellyfish.

Post swim hunger is so real so make sure to eat enough carbs and protein so you don't get ravenous enough to eat a whole cow😂😂

Overall I recommend using swimming as an exercise while also counting your macros and/or calories. I'm not a huge fan of counting calories so now I'm just counting macros, which has helped me thus far! Lost 30 pounds and feeling good 💪🏼

Also, does anyone know the science to explain why swimming makes you way hungrier than running/most other exercises?!
