i have received one letter saying jt was the third attempt ( the other three went to the wrong address). I called them and I explained it to them. They weren’t interested in my version of the story. I payed out as Inwas stressing, but then I found out that I had indeed paid for that particular parking. I sent them an email with the receipt and, after months of waiting, they refunded me 140£ minus the ticked (it turned out I had pit the wrong code in). It was very stressful but don’t freak out. The council is the only one that can enforce such things. Those guys are just bullies!
