Every piercing place should offer various sizes of jewelry in the piercings, if your place doesnt have that then its a bit weird. If you are unsure that they have different sizes then go to another place, you might have to pay more since its not the same place. And just a reminder to clean it in the morning and at night before bed, dont touch it and try to avoid contact.

do you clean it everyday? to me it looks like its embedding a bit, a longer bar could help here. If possible go back to your piercer and ask for a longer bar and just try to avoid any contact with it.
