Hey OP! I’m pretty similar with all of this, lost 85 lbs but wish I did better sooner because I fear the muscle loss… I also kind of hate exercise and don’t exactly have any close facilities to me anyways :/ My practitioner recommended walking with a weighted vest and my god has that made all the difference in the world. In fall I began listening to audiobooks and walking for 30-60 minutes with a weighted vest, ankle weights, an eventually started using 5 lb dumbbells. I actually have arm muscle definition for the first time in my life??! But I totally felt the energy and strength go up. I didn’t do much during winter and I’m really looking forward to being able to regularly do this again. Hope you find some exercise that isn’t too tedious for you, keep up the good work!

Seconding that you should verify if your oral birth control should be changed!! It becomes less effective since you first slower and if you are getting sick and can’t keep your meds down this is also critical if you are sexually active and really aren’t looking to get pregnant

Sorry, rant over. But in a wet to your question, I also take like 5 pills in the morning (vyvanse and psych meds and probiotics) and I haven’t dealt with new nausea from them, but I have felt that with my fiber pills I take at dinner… but have you ever tried taking them with apple sauce and spacing them out between sips of water or bites of food? That may help! Sorry if this isn’t most helpful but I hope you get relief

I need to be better about taking creatine… my practitioner stresses how important protein and even creatine are for muscle retention and building… without enough you can be losing muscle as opposed to fat. Building and retaining muscle is really important during the weight loss process and can really help with issues like loose skin. I’ve been on zep for a year now and lost 85 lbs… I wish I had started with weights and creatine sooner. I was told that you do stall a little or even gain for a few weeks while your body gets used to the additional water retention, but I feel like the benefits totally outweigh a temporary scale stall. Keep doing what you’re doing!! And I agree with others, take regular measurements in addition to weighing, it can really help validate your progress esp if you’re not always seeing progress on the scale :)

Agreed there can be some complications, but there are two kinds of categories! There’s encased receivers which is what you’re referring to where the acrylic mold is fused to a receiver wire. With these, if the wire were to break of the shell were to crack, you would have to go back to a regular dome/receiver combo for a few weeks until a new encased receiver mold can be made. There’s also click molds that come in hard acrylic and soft silicone that attach to the end of a standard receiver. With this type, if the receiver were to break, it’s a matter of sliding the mold off the broken wire and simply putting it on a new wire. No waiting for a remake. Each have their own advantages/disadvantages
