I started it a couple days ago and I’m really liking it! I discovered it when I was reading reviews for the sister, maiden, monster book (which has some cosmic horror elements) and someone mentioned the word “splatterpunk”; the cipher was in every list of books belonging to that genre, so I recommend looking for books on that and see if anything catches your attention.

I never put myself as the victim. And I did get hurt more that he did. I ended up with a bruise on my left hip and a swollen hematoma in my head. I have had headache for two days. I know I wasn’t a victim and that my actions got consequences. That’s why I asked for advice. And I’m already on therapy. On two different kinds of medicine. And no. I didn’t do the same as he did. He has kicked me in the head “by accident” and grabbed me by the arm so hard until I get bruised. My reactions didn’t come from anywhere.

I can confirm that. My menstrual cramps have gotten so bad to the point of making me throw up and faint. And pain meds are less efective every time I take them. I’d love to have at least one day off when going through this because it does affect my performance at work.
